Esmeralda brings a unique combination of leadership, administrative, and hands-on caregiving experience to her new position. Her professional journey began in payroll, where she worked her way up to become a regional administrator and spent more than 12 years gaining experience in operations and team leadership.
Ready for a new chapter in her career, Esmeralda returned to school to earn her Medical Assistant certification and later pursued her CNA certification. It was through caregiving and working directly with people that she discovered where her passion truly lies.
That combination of professional experience and a genuine desire to make a difference makes Esmeralda a wonderful fit for her new role as Client Liaison. She understands both the behind-the-scenes coordination that goes into providing great service and, importantly, the human side of care.
